With a deep commitment to equity in education, he has dedicated his career to designing and implementing scalable, outcome-driven programs that address foundational learning gaps, strengthen teacher capacity, and enable holistic child development.
As the Founder & Managing Director of COREdu Foundation, Sudhirkumar leads the organization’s vision to build joyful, inclusive, and effective learning ecosystems in rural and marginalized regions.
He is also the co-creator of the Empowering Education Excellence (E³) program.
Over the years, he has led large-scale education initiatives working with schools, government systems, and communities to ensure sustainable outcomes.
Kanchan Thorve is a seasoned education and social development professional with over 21 years of extensive experience in designing, implementing, and scaling impactful education programs across diverse geographies.
With a strong foundation in community-based interventions, she has been instrumental in strengthening educational access, retention, and quality for children from underserved backgrounds.
As the Founder & Director of COREdu Foundation, Kanchan plays a pivotal role in shaping program design, implementation strategies, and capacity-building frameworks.
She is a co-creator of the Empowering Education Excellence (E³) program, contributing significantly to its development as a comprehensive model for school transformation.
Over the years, she has led multi-regional education programs across Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Gujarat, ensuring high-quality implementation and sustainable impact.
Mr. Dhananand Panjabrao Nagdive is a seasoned social development professional and Director at COREdu Foundation, with over 30 years of experience in the social justice system.
He has led and implemented impactful initiatives in education and community development, with a strong focus on advancing education for convicted and undertrial prisoners.
His work reflects a deep commitment to inclusive and equitable learning opportunities.
With extensive experience in running NGOs and successfully implementing projects supported by Tata Trusts, he brings strong expertise in program execution, stakeholder engagement, and driving sustainable impact, particularly across underserved communities in the Vidarbha region.
Pradeep Koppikar is a distinguished professional with over 40 years of leadership experience across industry and the social sector.
He holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a PGDBM (MBA) from IIM Ahmedabad, and is also a Qualified Chartered Engineer (MIE).
He has held senior leadership roles in India and Oman, with extensive experience in general management, project management, business development, manufacturing, trading, and turnaround strategies.
Over the years, he has successfully led profit centres, built and scaled businesses, and driven organizational growth across diverse sectors. He has also served as an Independent Director on corporate boards and contributed to academia as a faculty member for Industrial Marketing at Xavier Institute of Management, Mumbai.
In 2014, Mr. Koppikar transitioned from corporate leadership to the development sector to pursue his passion for education of underprivileged children in rural India.
As the Chief Executive Officer of Light of Life Trust, he led large-scale programs in education, women empowerment, and healthcare, while strengthening systems and expanding the organization’s outreach and impact.
As the Chairman of the Advisory Board at COREdu Foundation, he provides strategic direction, governance guidance, and supports the organization in building sustainable and scalable impact.
Hament Ahuja is a seasoned engineering and infrastructure professional with over 43 years of experience in project management, integrated facility management, and large-scale infrastructure operations across India and the Middle East.
An electrical engineering graduate, he has held senior leadership roles with organizations such as Bahwan Engineering Co. LLC (Oman), GMR Airport Developers Ltd, and Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, successfully delivering complex projects across sectors including oil & gas, power, airports, healthcare, and commercial infrastructure.
As an Advisory Board Member at COREdu Foundation, Mr. Ahuja brings strong expertise in systems, operations, and infrastructure management, supporting the organization in building efficient and scalable program delivery models.
He is also actively engaged in skill development initiatives, contributing to technical training and curriculum design, aligning closely with COREdu’s mission to create sustainable and impactful learning ecosystems.
Swapnil Gaikwad is a dedicated development professional with over 9 years of experience in education, community engagement, and grassroots program implementation.
As a Senior Coordinator at COREdu Foundation, he leads the execution of education initiatives across schools, ensuring effective program delivery, stakeholder coordination, and measurable impact.
His work focuses on strengthening school systems, supporting teachers, and driving community participation to improve learning outcomes.
With a strong background in training facilitation, donor reporting, and field operations, Swapnil has worked with reputed organizations including Arpan Foundation, Jan Sahas Foundation, and Light of Life Trust.
Known for his hands-on approach, team leadership, and commitment to quality implementation, he plays a key role in translating COREdu’s vision into meaningful on-ground impact.
Madhuri Bhopatrao is a committed development professional with a strong foundation in community engagement, social awareness, and grassroots program implementation.
With a background in law (BLS/LLB) and hands-on experience across multiple development initiatives, she brings a thoughtful and people-centric approach to her work in the education sector.
As an Assistant Coordinator at COREdu Foundation, Madhuri supports program implementation, field coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
She has previously worked with organizations such as United Way Mumbai, PUKAR Foundation, and Light of Life Trust, contributing to initiatives in nutrition, community awareness, research, and youth development.
Her experience in working closely with communities, especially women and children, strengthens COREdu’s efforts in creating inclusive and impactful learning environments.
